Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18+ for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and document observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency services or site representatives as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and shift documentation.
