Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking an Education Champion to provide bilingual Spanish tutoring in ELA and Math for grades 6 through 8. The role runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with a flexible schedule totaling 10–35 hours per week.

You will work one-on-one and in small groups, collaborating with teachers to tailor lessons, close the opportunity gap, and help urban students reach their full potential. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish support for ELA and Math for grades 6–8.
• Degree-seeking student or graduate with minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Commitment to 10–35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Collaborative and flexible team player with a passion for education equity.
