Job summary

PRACTICE is hiring an Education Champion to provide ELA support to 3rd–5th graders. You’ll work 9 am–1 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, delivering one-on-one and small-group instruction in a supportive classroom setting.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders to tailor lessons and track student progress toward goals. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $25–$27 per hour for in-person programs, and a potential program completion bonus of up to 10% of total

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate in Education or a related field with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to commit to 10–35 hours per week.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers and students.
