Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking an Education Champion to provide bilingual Spanish ELA support for grades K-5. The role reports to a mission-driven team and involves tutoring in core subjects, collaborating with teachers to tailor learning experiences, and closing opportunity gaps.

Shifts run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with 10–35 hours per week. In-person program with competitive pay and potential bonus opportunities for program completion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience tutoring or supporting K-5 students in ELA recommended.
• Available to work 10–35 hours per week.
