Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking Education Champions to tutor bilingual Spanish-speaking students in grades 2–5, focusing on ELA and Math. The program runs three days a week from 8:00 am to 2:20 pm and offers flexible scheduling to fit a student’s timetable.

You will collaborate with teachers to deliver personalized learning strategies and support urban students’ growth. Ideal candidates are degree-seeking or graduates with a 3.0 GPA in Education or related field, passionate about equity in education, and

• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at assigned school(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math and ELA for grades 2–5.
• Cover subjects including Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
• Support urban students and help close the opportunity gap.
