You will engage customers via phone, email, and chat, educate them on loan terms and optional insurance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth, compliant experience while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong communication with customers across channels.
• Knowledge of loan products and related insurance options.
