OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Florida to help customers secure financing for life’s expenses. The role emphasizes listening to needs, delivering friendly, fast service, and growing with a team in a competitive, rewarding environment.

You will handle loan lifecycle activities, engage across channels, and pursue branch and company goals through proactive sales and service excellence. On-site schedule typically Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales/Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy, ease, and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships through loan process and lifecycle, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections activities while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate motivation and goal-oriented attitude to achieve individual and team results.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and clearly explain loan terms and options.
