Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking licensed Life Insurance Agents in San Diego, CA for urgent outside sales and enrollment roles. Two agents are needed to handle a heavy enrollment schedule with on-site and virtual meetings, backed by strong enrollment support.

Agents earn a biweekly stipend to start, plus commissions based on enrolled employees. The position offers structured scheduling, ongoing opportunities with public and private sector accounts, and on-site client engagement.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or benefits enrollment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
• Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
