Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking a Spanish Life Insurance Agent – Outside Sales & Enrollment Specialist for Salinas, CA. This on-site role delivers life/health enrollment consulting to employees, combining group presentations with one-on-one benefit discussions.

You will educate staff on Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products, guide them through enrollment, and maintain CRM records. The position offers steady stipend pay and uncapped commissions with enrollment support teams.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
• Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
