Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents in San Francisco, CA for high-volume enrollment periods. The role offers on-site client meetings, both in-person and virtual, with immediate production opportunities and a combination of stipends and commissions to reward performance.

Strong CRM skills and MS Office proficiency are valued. Accelerated Income Program is available for newly licensed agents ready to start quickly and build income today.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• New licensees with drive are encouraged to apply via Accelerated Income Program.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with public sector enrollments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through enrollment using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details clearly.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Outreach Representatives to ensure scheduling and participation.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address questions and issues.
• Represent ERB onsite at client locations.
