ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking 2 licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents to work onsite in Salinas, CA. You will conduct group presentations and individual consultations, educate employees on Life, Accident, Disability and supplemental products, and guide enrollment through client systems like Employee Navigator.

This is a high-volume outside sales role with structured scheduling and enrollment support. Strong CRM and MS Office skills, plus 1 year in insurance sales, are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.

We currently have 8 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment and ERB has also secured a new Public Safety account with 10,000+ employees, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.

This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.
