Job summary

PRACTICE Benefit Corp. is seeking Education Champions to support students with bilingual Spanish tutoring across elementary to high school levels.

You will deliver one-on-one and small group sessions in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science and Regents prep, collaborating with teachers to tailor engaging lessons. We offer a flexible schedule (10–35 hours per week) and competitive pay ($27–$30/hr) plus a program completion bonus of up to 10% of total earnings.

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Passion for helping underserved students and closing the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities
