Job summary

practicebenefitscorp is seeking Education Champions to provide bilingual Spanish ELA support for grades 3 through 5. The role offers a flexible schedule with tutoring sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, in a program dedicated to closing the opportunity gap.

As part of the team, you will work one-on-one or in small groups, collaborate with teachers, and help students build foundational reading and writing skills through engaging, personalized strategies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish language ability essential for instruction.
• Experience tutoring or teaching elementary students is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
