Job summary

PRACTICE Benefit Corp. is seeking Education Champions to provide bilingual Spanish ELA tutoring for grades K-5.

The role features a flexible schedule with sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, and involves working with teachers to tailor learning experiences. As an Education Champion, you’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students close the opportunity gap and reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Strong commitment to education equity and social justice.
