Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Education Champion to provide phonics, literacy, and math support for grades 3–5. The program runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a flexible schedule and meaningful community impact.

You will work with one-on-one and small groups, collaborate with teachers, and gain classroom experience while pursuing professional growth in education equity and social justice.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking tutors will provide phonics, literacy and math support for grades 3rd through 5th.
• Program will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
