Caring Angels Home Care in Centereach, NY is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator who speaks Spanish to join our in-person team. The coordinator handles referrals, verifies insurance, and educates patients on services we provide to support both skilled and non-skilled home care.

Ideal candidates have intake experience, knowledge of HHA Exchange, and are able to work Monday through Friday. We offer health insurance and paid time off as part of our benefits.

Qualificações

• Must speak Spanish.
• Knowledge of HHA Exchange.
• 1 year intake experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive referrals from referral sources.
• Process referrals from hospitals, nursing homes, and community physicians.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on services provided.
• Determine what services were approved by insurance.
• Contact patients to educate them on the services we can provide and assist them with their Home Care needs for skilled and non-skilled services.
