Job summary

Mercier Consultancy seeks a Spanish-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will assist players on our gaming platform via phone, email, and live chat, from a remote setup in Bulgaria.

We provide full, paid training, a stable career path, and additional health insurance. The role requires C1/C2 Spanish and strong English, plus willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if not already there.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport, or valid Bulgarian work permit.
• You must be living in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate there.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries and support players on the gaming platform via telephone, email, and online chats.
• Participate in full, paid training when you join the team.
