Huron Regional Medical Center is seeking a Community Healthcare Worker to bridge the gap between the community and health and social service systems. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals and families and help navigate healthcare resources.

The role requires familiarity with local resources (including the 211 program) and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; a competitive benefits package is offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with community resources, 211 program, and local healthcare services.
• Certification or willingness to obtain Community Healthcare Worker certification from an accredited college.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
