Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written.

• Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly valued.
• At least 6 months experience in customer service, tourism, or travel-related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing bookings: creating, updating, or canceling reservations.
• Guiding customers via phone, email, or chat with professional support.
