Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support Portuguese-speaking customers across Europe. You will be the voice of global brands, handling inquiries about products, orders, and accounts with a focus on clear, friendly communication.

The position offers comprehensive relocation support and onboarding to Greek operations. Excellent Portuguese and strong English skills are required, along with a readiness to relocate and grow within major global companies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) at high level (C1/C2).
• Good English knowledge (B2+).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work legally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and friendly service to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
• Keep up to date with brand features and internal tools.
