Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer support professional to assist Booking.com customers in Greece. The role is full-time with relocation support, offering a chance to work in an international environment and provide multichannel service.

You will help travellers with bookings, inquiries and account questions while documenting interactions in internal systems, in a dynamic European setting.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Portuguese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.

Responsibilities
