Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing services, case management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a culturally and linguistically diverse setting.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and HUD-funded programs (preferred).
• Proficiency in using EHR systems or housing management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients in health insurance, public assistance, disability benefits, and other entitlements.
• Assist clients in applying for and maintaining benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by funders, regulations, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to support program objectives.
• Carry out responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and goals.
• Manage a caseload of clients and ensure timely enrollment in programs.
