Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA. You will employ evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Applicants should be patient and team‑oriented; no prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion in working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
