Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Holland and Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time, in-home role involves working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA, following treatment plans, and collaborating with supervising BCBA.

No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training and RBT certification support are provided. Local mileage reimbursement and a clear promotion path to BCBA mentorship are included, with a focus on work–life

What You'll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time

• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

• $18- $24/hourdepending on qualifications and market
• Work close to home; we serve families throughoutGrand Rapids and surrounding areas
