Job summary

Georgia Behavior Associates seeks a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with the clinical team to support families, while fostering an engaging learning environment. Training is provided; part-time roles start with a six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Genuine willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, directly executing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning atmosphere for clients and establish connections with their families.
