Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and share progress updates with families. Part-time, with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
