Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Morning Hours Part-Time Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings, under supervision from a BCBA and a collaborative care team.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with training provided if not yet certified. Prior childcare or teaching experience is a strong foundation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) is a great foundation!
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
