Acclimate ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a compassionate, reliable approach to helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, able to communicate in both languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Communicate in Spanish with clients and families as appropriate to the plan.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record session data to monitor progress.
• Document session notes detailing activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, colleagues, and caregivers to support goals.
• Follow clinical protocols, confidentiality and safety procedures.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
