Acclimate ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings. Fluency in Spanish is required to support communication with families; the role focuses on developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, with accurate data collection and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Spanish fluency and ability to communicate with clients and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate and professional approach to client care.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients and families when appropriate to the treatment plan.
• Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record session data to monitor client progress.
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely session notes.
• Communicate client progress and relevant observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with caregivers, supervisors, and other team members to support treatment goals.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Participate in required supervision, training, and professional development.
