Job summary

ABA360 seeks a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role requires completion of the 40-hour RBT course; no experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a caring attitude.

Services are provided in clients' homes; opportunities for growth exist within ABA and behavioral health fields. Flexible, part-time scheduling with paid training and robust support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and behavior intervention plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
