Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support clients in the ABA field. Positions are primarily part-time, with same-day pay options and opportunities for professional advancement within a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, data recording, and directly implementing care plans designed to foster independence and positive behavior in children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
