aba360 is seeking compassionate, bilingual (Spanish-English) individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time shifts with flexible hours include afternoon/evening slots. No prior ABA experience is needed as the 40-hour RBT course is provided for free.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with Autism.
• Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
• Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
