Job summary

aba360 is seeking part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. Training is provided, including a 40-hour RBT course at no cost, to help you start quickly.

Prior experience with children with Autism is valued, and Spanish-speaking abilities are preferred to communicate with diverse families. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with Autism.
• Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
• Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
