Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services in New Jersey is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to join our in-home therapy team. You will work 1:1 with a student in the home setting under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing the individualized BIP to promote communication, focus, and positive behavior change.

This part-time role offers flexible after-school hours, mentorship, training, and opportunities to pursue credentials like RBT, with supportive leadership and a network of ABA professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy in home settings.
• Ability to collect data and track progress.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary-age children.
• Experience working with autism and development issues.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with child in home environment under supervision.
• Move through individualized Behavior Intervention Plan to promote progress.
• Daily data collection on goals and progress points.
• Contribute to updating interventions and goals over time.
