Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services in New York is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to join our home-based therapy team. You will provide direct one-on-one ABA services to a student in the home environment, under the supervision of a BCBA, following an individualized BIP to promote communication, focus and positive behavior change.

This role involves daily data collection and progress notes aligned with treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Required field of study in ABA, psychology, special education, or related.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain; NY State requirements may apply.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with families.
• Ability to maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Experience with autism and development issues preferred.
• Comfort working in a home setting with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in the home.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to implement BIP goals.
• Collect daily data and progress notes on goals.
