Achievement Behavior Services in Yonkers, NY is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a student in the home setting, under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement the BIP, collect data, and support communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

This role emphasizes flexibility with PART-TIME after-school hours and potential weekend work, collaboration with our ABA Professionals Network, and opportunities to pursue RBT credentials.

Qualifications

• Relevant fields: ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Human Services
• RBT certificate from BACB or current enrollment
• Strong communication and adaptability in high-stress settings
• Experience with pre-school and elementary-age children
• Documenting progress notes and data aligned with treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home
• Collect daily data on goals and progress
• Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Collaborate with BCBA and supervisee team
• Support child in communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors
