Welocalize is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite role requires careful work with audio and language data and strong consistency across large datasets.

You will follow detailed guidelines, perform transcription and tagging tasks, and maintain high throughput while upholding quality standards. This position offers a direct path into AI data operations and teamwork within a global services environment.

Qualifications

• Native-like proficiency in Spanish (Mexico).
• Excellent written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of data labeling or related experience or a related degree.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech datasets.
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging.
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as needed.
• Support data production needs for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
