Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking Spanish Life Insurance Agents for outside sales and enrollment specialist roles. Two licensed agents are needed to support a heavy enrollment schedule with on-site and virtual employee meetings.

We offer structured scheduling, enrollment support teams, and immediate production opportunities with commissions after policy confirmation. Prior public sector experience is a plus and CRM proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
• Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
