Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is seeking two licensed Life Insurance Agents for a high-volume benefits enrollment assignment in Fresno, CA. You will conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations for Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products, both in-person and virtually, leveraging client systems to guide employees through enrollment and explain coverage options clearly.

This is a commission-based role with a built-in stipend to provide income as you build production.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.
