Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution recognized by THECB.
• Texas Educator Certification or willingness to join ACP to get certified.
• Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology.
• Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous lessons in your content area for 1:1 blended learning environments.
• Set ambitious goals with students and monitor progress with frequent feedback.
• Track student growth and use data to create growth plans when needed.
• Communicate regularly with families via phone, video, email, or district sites.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning for diverse students.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to plan lessons and share resources.
• Meet deadlines for lesson plans, grades, and samples.
• Support student safety with campus supervision duties.
• Grow professionally through feedback from leaders and coaches.
