Job summary

Tierra Encantada is seeking a Center Floater in Fort Worth to support classrooms, cleaning, and kitchen duties. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with starting pay between $15.10 and $17.50 per hour depending on education and experience.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish and the ability to work across classrooms with various ages. The position offers medical and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Background check and fingerprinting required for offer; E-verify employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with center operations, including breaks, openings/closings, cleaning, and kitchen duties.
• Adapt to different classrooms and age groups.
• Assist in implementing curriculum and maintaining an engaging, developmentally appropriate environment.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere and communicate with families and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; adhere to health standards.
• Be dependable, punctual, and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
