Job summary

Tierra Encantada in Eagan is hiring a Float to support classrooms, daily routines, cleaning and meals for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. This is a Full-Time, nonexempt role, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities include classroom coverage, curriculum support and maintaining a safe, engaging center.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Early Childhood Education experience preferred but not required.
• Provide CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with center operations, including breaks, openings/closings and cleaning.
• Support classrooms with curriculum implementation and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all children.
• Communicate openly with staff and leadership to ensure alignment.

Skills

Education

CDA/Childcare certifications (preferred)
