Job summary

Tierra Encantada in Minnesota is hiring a Childcare Float to support multiple classrooms and ensure smooth center operations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and flexibility to move between ages and duties.

This full-time position offers a consistent schedule, a starting hourly pay of $17.00–$19.00, and opportunities for professional development while delivering high-quality early education to children 6 weeks through 6 years old.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with center operations including breaks, openings/closings, and classroom support.
• Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles while maintaining curriculum.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for children.
