Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead Affiliate and Influencer efforts in the Spanish market and drive scalable user growth. You will manage partnerships, optimize performance and ensure alignment with business goals while collaborating with an international team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, negotiation, and cross-functional execution across performance channels. Fintech experience is a strong plus, and relocation is offered where needed.

Qualifications

• +5 years in fast-paced marketing/agencies or performance marketing roles.
• At least 2 years managing Affiliate and Influencer programs.
• Proven Spanish market partner relationships and scale experience.
• Data visualization skills (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI) and advanced Excel.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring abilities (CPA/CPL).
• Fluent Spanish; English required for international collaboration.
• Fintech/banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, optimize and execute Affiliate/Influencer strategy for Spain; manage relationships and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day network operations: pipeline, negotiation, attribution, and profitability.
• Conduct data-driven research to support growth and retention decisions.
• Own channel performance reporting for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Improve marketing processes for tracking, attribution, payout and budgeting in Spain.
• Ensure content compliance and internal controls.
