Nubank in Miami seeks a Community-Led Growth Senior Specialist to drive acquisition inside communities Nu doesn't own, like WhatsApp, Telegram groups, Reddit threads, and diaspora forums—using organic, test-and-learn methods.

You'll own community strategy, native content, and channel activation, collaborating with Growth PM and Business Analytics to measure proxy success where attribution is limited. Fluency in English required; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience owning grassroots acquisition in consumer/fintech sectors.
• Ability to craft native-community content across diverse platforms.
• Proven skill in proxy measurement and test‑learn approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale community-led growth channels inside WhatsApp/Telegram, Facebook groups, Reddit threads, and diaspora forums.
• Develop culturally fluent content and voice tailored to expat and global professional audiences in LatAm and EU.
• Propose proxy metrics, promo codes and mixed-method measurement with Analytics and Growth PMs.
• Run experiments in a test‑and‑learn cadence; translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Operate no-code/low-code growth tooling to automate outreach and content distribution.
