Job summary

Schiller Education is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead Performance Marketing and SEO for Spanish-speaking markets. You will own growth, strategy, and the end-to-end acquisition funnel, partnering with Content, Web, CRM and Admissions to drive qualified inquiries and enrolments.

The role demands hands-on testing, analytics, and the ability to build scalable playbooks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Senior digital marketing leader with ownership of growth and performance
• Expertise in managing full-funnel acquisition and organic growth strategies
• Strong analytics, testing, and data-driven decision making
• Experience with Spanish-speaking markets is required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, budgets, forecasting, audience targeting, testing and ROI across the acquisition funnel
• Improve programme pages, landing pages, blogs and evergreen content in collaboration with content, web and marketing teams
• Shape how the organization is discovered via GA4, GTM, Search Console, and attribution
• Monitor metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and translate insights into growth
• Develop and own playbooks for digital performance and SEO, across regions and channels
