Five Keys San Francisco Programs seeks a Teacher to create a respectful, inclusive learning environment and deliver CCSS-aligned instruction across core subjects. You will adapt curriculum to a diverse student population and drive data-informed planning to meet individual educational goals.

You will collaborate with special education staff, maintain confidentiality, and ensure proper staffing coverage while upholding trauma-informed practices. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid K-12 California Teaching Credential (preliminary or clear; intern considered).
• Experience preferred in teaching settings and with trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to deliver CCSS-aligned instruction across subjects.

Responsibilities

• Build a classroom culture of excellence with equity and respect.
• Engage in data-driven planning to tailor instruction to student needs.
• Collaborate with special education staff to include students needing support.
• Provide individualized educational planning to help students meet goals.
• Maintain student confidentiality and proper records.
• Ensure classroom staffing and coverage when needed.
• Follow Five Keys policies and partner guidelines.
• Interact with students using a trauma-informed approach.
