Welocalize, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to join the Welo Data team for Project Perseus, focusing on Spanish (Spain). This 100% onsite role offers 40 hours per week, with a $28/hour wage and non-visa sponsorship in the U.S.

You will evaluate AI model outputs, perform audits of data and model behavior, apply guidelines, and document findings clearly while maintaining high accuracy in repetitive workflows across multiple onsite locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain).
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior - identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully - and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
