Welocalize, Inc. is seeking Data Labeling Analysts for the Project Perseus: Speech & Voice AI Analyst (Spanish, Mexico). This 100% onsite role requires commuting to NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, or other client locations in the U.S. and offers 40 hours per week at $28/hour.

You will evaluate model outputs, perform data audits, and contribute to refining evaluation frameworks, ensuring high-quality, well-structured language data for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico)
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling/annotation or related field, or a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Comfort with structured, process-driven environments

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
• Document findings in a clear, concise, actionable way
