Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Data Labeling Analyst for the Project Perseus: Speech and Voice AI Analyst (Spanish - Spain). This 100% onsite role requires you to evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and help improve evaluation frameworks across multiple US client sites.

You will work 40 hours per week as a W2 employee. Located in or able to commute to NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, or other client locations, the role demands native Spanish (Spain) fluency, strong written communication, and

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain).
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior - identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully - and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
